Divine Astrals

Divine Astrals is designed to open up the body, mind, and spirit in an environment free of judgement or discriminations. We gather every month, usually aligned with the New or Full Moon.

 

Each setting is slightly different by the use of light, sound, and aromatherapy to capture the theme of the evening. Our guidance allows for the focus of the self, going within, and listening to our own human body cues.

By doing this, we offer ourselves release from physical, mental, spiritual pain and suffering by learning how to forgive and forget the past, live in the present, create your future by letting go of old ancestral DNA patterns.

  • We begin with Chill Yin Yoga and Qi Gong Fusion, using relaxation and restorative postures.

  • Then we go into a deep savasana meditation to find connection through the body, mind, and spirit with anatomical and physiological guidance.

  • Last, we end with the full release of the 3 with a sound bath shamanic journey into the Astrals, where we can let go.

Class is about an hour and a half. Bring a mat, blanket if needed, and your true selves. We have mats and blankets on site for use. 

Wear comfy clothes, leave your mask at home.

Yoga with Qi Gong Infusion is designed to open up the body, mind, and spirit in an environment free of judgement or discriminations. Our guidance allows for the focus of the self, going within, and listening to our own human body cues. By doing this, we offer ourselves release from physical, mental, spiritual pain and suffering by focusing on the physical restrictions we leave to stagnate in the areas of the body.

  • Beginning with a combination of breathing and warm-up of Yang Yoga with Qi Gong Infusion (energy building exercise).

  • We then move into Chill Yin Yoga (relaxation and restorative postures)

  • Then we go into a deep savasana meditation to find connection through the body, mind, and spirit with anatomical and physiological guidance.

Class is 60 minutes. Bring a mat, blanket if needed, water, and your true selves. We have a few mats and blankets on site for use. Wear comfy clothes, leave your mask at home.
